Director of Donor Services

In her role as Director of Donor Services, Pam manages our direct mail and digital programs, and ensures that our many caring and generous supporters are well cared for. Her MHHS journey began in 2004 as a volunteer, then as an employee in 2005 as development associate, following many years of what she calls "uninspiring" work in the for-profit sector. That unusual credential after her name stands for Professional-level certification in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, which means she is masterful at all things data. Pam shares her home with her husband and two cats, and sees a dog in her future.
