Tyson

The day before Thanksgiving my boyfriend and I visited to look for a new family member. When we first say Tyson he was swaddled in a blanket, looking adorable and fresh out of a bath. We fell in love and ended up driving home and back the same day to bring our 19-year-old poodle to meet Ty. They got along great and Ty came home with us that day.

At first Ty was very quiet and shy. Now he speaks, jumps around and licks the faces of his favorite people. He loves going for walks and doesn't put up a fight when he has to wear booties and coats to protect his skin and sensitive paws. Since coming home, Ty has taken his spot at the end of our bed each night and appreciates being wrapped in blankets and will actually put his little arm over me sometimes. My grandma looks forward to his visits as he is so gentle and sweet.

We are so thankful for Tyson and appreciate all the great people at Mohawk Hudson Humane Society!
