Higgins
We adopted Higgins, known at the shelter as Sir Purrs Alot, from the Glenmont PetSmart in October 2012. We immediately noticed Higgins because he doesn't have a tail. It was infected when he came to the shelter and had to be amputated. Once we held him, we could see why he was called Sir Purrs Alot! We knew he was coming home with us.
After Higgins was home for about a month, we knew we had to get him a playmate because our two older cats just couldn't keep up with him. We then adopted Peanut from APF. As you can see from the picture, they just love each other!
Higgins is such a handsome, happy, active boy who loves to play, cuddle and eat. He and Peanut are a constant source of entertainment and we just love them both so much. Thank you for everything you do for the animals!
