Deacon

Hello, My name is Deacon. I was adopted by my family in April of 2010 and right away we got along great. I get two-mile-long neighborhood walks every day when I get to chase squirrels. I love my home here and make sure that it's always safe and protected.

All the neighbors I meet when we walk think that I'm the luckiest dog ever. So do I. The high point of my day is when I get to bark at the mailman. Every time he comes back, I chase him away.

I'm a good dog. Every night I doze off on the couch after my family has dinner. A few hours after they go to bed I hop off the couch, walk into their bedroom and snuggle between them. I'm glad to be here.
