Yumi

We got Feisty exactly one month ago today and have loved every minute of her company. We renamed her Yumi, which means beautiful in Japanese, and it fits really well.

Yumi comes to her name now and is very talkative. She loves to follow me around all day to see what I'm up to and has been quite mischievous too. She loves to try to get into cupboards and closets and is very curious. I have even found her on top of the fridge! Don't ask me how she found her way up there!

Yumi is nice company. She does have her moments of just relaxing and being a nice lazy cat. She has been on my lap a few times but her bed seems to be more comfortable to her. We had to actually put her bed on the couch because she kept wanting to get on the couch even with her bed on the floor. So that worked out to be the best solution and she seems quite content with it.

She has been a great friend so far and will hopefully be an even greater friend for years to come! Thank you MHHS for taking Yumi in and for letting us give her a nice home!
