Hank and Stella

Our family adopted Almond, now known as Hank (the tan pup), in August of 2009 at the age of two months. We immediately loved having a dog in the family and knew Hank needed a friend to play with. In November 2009, we returned to MHHS and adopted Amia, now known as Stella (the dark brown pup), at the age of four months. The two dogs quickly became inseparable and have been partners in crime for almost three years now. Back then Hank was an energetic, fluffy little puppy, but he has grown into a 70-pound lazy cuddler. Stella is still full of energy and keeps us on our toes. She is also about 70 pounds. They love to run around in our big yard, play with their many toys and go for rides in the car. More than anything, we are so glad we decided to adopt our dogs from MHHS! They really are the best part of every day at our house!
