Sweet Pea

This week will mark one month that Sweet Pea has been with us. It may seem early to write a happy tail about her, but I wanted to share how pleased we are that she is here in our family. We've just returned home from a trip to Maine, where Sweet Pea showed off her sweet disposition to all she encountered. She has truly become part of our family. Whether it is playing on the beach or snuggling between us for story time at night with our children, she is happy as long as "her people" are nearby. People often stopped to ask about her while we were on our trip, and it always made an impression on them when they heard she had been adopted from a shelter, having been a stray. We look forward to many more adventures with this sweet dog, hopefully for years to come.
