Zoey

This is my Zoey girl. When I adopted her in April 2017, she was 6.8 pounds of pure skin and bones. You could feel every rib in her body, but she had the best personality. I have never met a happier dog, especially one who clearly had a rough first four years of life. Zoey is now 11.5 pounds and full of energy/personality. She loves walks; she would never ever turn down the chance to go for another one. When I met her, her paws were still pink as if she were a newborn puppy. Now through all her walks and time spent chasing squirrels in the backyard, her paws are finally looking more like a four-year-old's. She is the best dog I could have ever imagined. I don't remember life without my Zoey, so thank you, MHHS, for giving me the best friend I could ever ask for.
