Hi, Mohawk Hudson Humane Society!

My name was Sassy, and I am a 9-month-old kitten who had been living at the shelter for several days. I was brought in by my previous owner because they were unable to keep me. I was recently adopted by an active care volunteer named Mike, and will be living with him and his 13-year-old calico cat Gizmo. As with any kitten, I'm very playful and eager to settle down with a lovable family. When my owner and I met, it was a perfect match! I am very excited for the opportunity for a new life, and the chance to be loved and cared for as any cat should. I am also excited to meet my new sister Gizmo!

I want to thank the staff and volunteers at Mohawk Hudson Humane Society for taking me in, and taking care of me these past several days. The staff and volunteers at the shelter are very hard working, caring and amazing at everything they do. Thanks again, everyone! Now back to getting into everything I possible can before my owner gets home (wink).
