Winston

Winston came to us in July 2012, after losing my Border Collie/therapy dog (another stray) of 14 1/2 years. I was devastated and thought I did not want to find another dog for a long time. That is when we came across Winston on your webpage. We knew we had to meet him. He was quiet, a mere six pounds and afraid of his own shadow. He took to the kids pretty well (although at times he tries to be bossy with them). When he first came home, we immediately got him some private training and he loved it. He is so loving and always has to be touching one of us!

He loves going camping, playing with our pet rabbits, riding in the car and going for long walks. Although he can act like a big dog in a little body, we still love our little guy!
