Spork

I didn't intend to adopt a cat the first time I visited the shelter, but immediately after meeting Spork (formerly Kenneth), he climbed into my lap and fell asleep. So obviously he had to come home with me.

Luckily, adopting him was the best decision I've ever made! Spork loves his ladies (myself and my two roommates), and as you can see in the pictures, has made himself VERY comfortable here. He loves to have conversations with us, chase the laser pointer, look at squirrels out the window, and meet new people. Other favorites include sleeping on my hand, tunneling under blankets to attack any uncovered ankles, and eating treats that grandma sends him. Spork loves attention and has his own routines with each of us to ensure that he gets as much of it as possible -- he's had us wrapped around his (weirdly huge) paws from day one. He's sleeping on my foot as I write this.

Thank you so much for taking care of Spork, MHHS! I absolutely adore him and I think he's very happy here!
