Sidney

My boyfriend and I adopted Sidney (formerly known as Paramount) in October 2011. We intended only to look at cats, when I spotted Sidney, all the way at the bottom, curled up in the back of his cage. His paperwork said that he had a mild heart murmur and was nine years old. When I looked into his big (blue) eyes, I immediately asked if we could see him. As soon as Sidney sat down with me he started kneading my legs with his paws and purring. I knew he was the one for me. Sidney has adjusted very well to his new home, and spends most of his days lounging on the furniture, begging for treats (Temptations are his favorite), bird watching, or playing with the laser pointer. He's very affectionate; all he wants to do is be close to people and snuggle. He sleeps with me every night. I can't imagine life without Sidney!
