Sebastian

After a long illness, we had to euthanize our precious 13-year-old pomapoo Mandy right before the Christmas holiday. My husband and I were devastated beyond words.

Then a miracle happened: a friend told me about a surrendered dog at MHHS that was on medical hold. Sebastian is at his forever home now, all 4.5 pounds of him. He is very well adjusted and loves his new feline sister Meko.

I had been so depressed from my loss. Little Sebastian absolutely saved my life. Sebastian has brought so much love and sweetness into our lives. We are so very grateful for this little senior guy!

Thank you to all the staff and volunteers at Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. You do so much for animals!
