Riley

We adopted Riley (previously Roy) on 11/7/08. What a happy day that was! Riley is a southern boy who came to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society from a shelter in Mississippi. We were very fortunate he was able to make the trip up north to the welcoming doors of your shelter. When I first met Riley he gave me the old, "If I lay on my back will you scratch my belly please?" He is very polite and has quite a personality. He knew how to win me over; I fell in love instantly. Needless to say, he is now living comfortably in his forever home. Everyone he meets falls in love with him. Thank you so much to everyone at the shelter and in Mississippi who made it possible for Riley to come up here. Here are some pictures of him, and one with his "brother" who came from another shelter 14 years ago.
