Pepper

My family and I moved to a new home in September 2012. My wife really wanted to get a new dog since we had put our other dog down a few years before. She figured with the new house, we could have a new furry family member.

We started coming to the MHHS in search of a dog and found one we liked, but she got adopted before we could submit the paperwork. It's a great thing that this happened, because then we ended up with Pepper. She is a sweet girl and loves attention. We brought her home in January 2013 and have loved her every day since.

Pepper is so well behaved, loves to go for walks, and makes sure that all the joggers, delivery people and neighbors don't steal her family. She loves playing with her rope toy and my kids love to be all over her. When it's quiet, she loves to jump up in my chair with me and just snuggle. You can see her smiling when she is getting all the attention.

Thank you to MHHS. If not for the wonderful things you do, we wouldn't have this wonderful creature. We love her!
