Molly

I am writing about my baby girl, Molly. When I found her at MHHS she was a kitten, and I had recently lost my cat Spooky whom I grew up with. I was visiting the shelter with my girlfriend at that time. We spotted the little kitten right away. I asked to play with her, and she was manic - all over the place and crazy. It was wonderful. They called her Chessy, but it didn't suit her personality for me.

I hesitated at first because I still lived with my family during that time, but my girlfriend convinced me she was the cat of my dreams, so I took her home. Nervous of what my family would say with me bringing home a cat, I walked in and announced I had adopted a kitten. My whole family fell in love with her right away - just like me. She grew to love the attention she was constantly given - crawling on me while I slept and sneaking kisses from me. She would also sleep on my face, purring as loud as a motorcyle engine!

I love Molly more than the world. Since she has come home with me, she's grown up so fast! She's a big girl now, always hungry and trying to get the other pets' food! She became the queen of the house and dominates the other animals who have been here much longer than her. She is fearless, and spunky and obsessively in love with people. She is the friendliest, weirdest cat I have ever known, and I am so in love with her!
