Koda

I just wanted give an update on the tiger kitten Bernard, now known as Koda, that I adopted at the end of May from the Petco in Clifton Park.

Koda, named after a Kodiak bear to match his sister's name Koala, should be named Trouble or Shadow! All he wants to do is be held and lick your face. When he is not in lover mode, he is wreaking havoc wherever he goes. He literally does not have an off button and is so hyper!

His sister Koala (3 years old) is slowly adjusting to him. I keep them separated during the day and then let them run around when I am home. Koda chases Koala and they fight a lot (which is normal). He is so hyper that it kind of stresses Koala out, but it's funny watching a little kitten get hit by a big cat, then continue to go after her tail or chase her. He is fearless! I think once he gets older and mellows out they will be best friends. He just wants to play with her all the time!

Koda is very happy in his new home and acts like the prince of the house. He is also a little piggy and LOVES to eat! Attached are pictures. :)
