Jellie

We went to MHHS on my birthday to ask about the Cane Corso Mastiff, Jellie, that we first saw on Petfinder.com. We soon found out that she had been surrendered by her owner after his other larger male Cane Corso Mastiff was abusing her. The worst of her injuries was a broken leg, although by the time we saw her, it had healed well. After an initial meeting with her part-time brother, Elvis (an English Bulldog), we took her home that day. She was very shy and nervous at first, but very open to us. Once we got her home, though, her true personality eventually came out! She is Queen of the house, and she knows she has us wrapped around her paw...she is one very spoiled girl! Her visits with Elvis and Moopi (French Bulldog, her step-brother) have convinced us it's time for her to have a permanent sibling, so we have been looking and hope to have him/her soon.

We thank everyone at MHHS for taking care of our girl and allowing us to adopt her. She's an absolute angel.
