Jasper

I would like to submit my best buddy Jasper as a happy tail.

In 2010 I visited the shelter, just to "look." I was looking for a new furry friend but wasn't really ready to commit. I walked by puppies and eyed a cutie little Boston/Pug mix. As I was introducing myself to a new friend, I looked to the right. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a black face. Looking at me with dark brown eyes, I found my best buddy. He was hiding behind a pole, or maybe playing hard to get. Either way, he picked me up.

Jasper has become a member of my family. He's our boy who rides in the car, enjoys his days on the beach and has a nightly treat (which he'll remind you of if not delivered by 8pm).

I really didn't come to MHHS to find a guy, but like many girls before me, I can't imagine my life if he hadn't picked me up.
