Chloe

Dear Friends at the Mohawk Humane Society,

Our family adopted Chloe, a 10-month-old Peekapoo, from the shelter at the end of November. While we have always been dog lovers, we have never had a dog of our own.

We cannot even begin to tell you how happy we are that Chloe has joined our family! She is absolutely adorable and has the greatest little personality. She is quite comfortable to rest beside you, but loves to energetically romp and play as well. She is known as the "sock collector" in our home, as no sock is safe. She will steal a sock when you aren't looking, then have tons of fun throwing it up into the air and catching it. She also enjoys playing fetch and will nudge the ball to you with her nose to get you to throw the ball.

One of her favorite spots is on our couch looking out the window (we think she may be part cat). She has even napped there on many an occasion, sinking into the cushions.

Chloe is a very smart little dog and quickly learned commands. She loves to be outdoors. It was so much fun to watch her excitement playing in the snow (and yes, I did get her little snow boots, and I think she looked pretty stylish in them myself).

So a big thank you to the Humane Society, and her foster mom Michelle, for keeping Chloe in your loving care until she found her way to us. We just love her to pieces!
