Boomer

Hi! We adopted Boomer back in June (then Chocolate) and he's been nothing but a sweet older boy.This is our first time having a dog, so we looked at the shelter for months, looking at puppies all the way to seniors and finally the day came I couldn't leave without him. He had been depressed being at the shelter for a few months and, being a senior, I knew his chances were slim, especially with all the puppies catching everyones eye. He was skinny when we first adopted him, but after some good food and love, he bulked right up. He gets along great with our older cat; they even share beds together! We take him everywhere with us and he's always happy for a car ride or new place to throw his ball (he doesn't like to give it back though!). Tyler and I couldn't be happier that we adopted him.
