Director of Outreach & Humane Law Enforcement

With more than 12 years of experience, Andrew is a veteran of the Humane Law Enforcement and Animal Services fields. He has previously served in leadership roles with local SPCAs and law enforcement agencies, and has achieved numerous law enforcement and emergency services certifications from state and federal governments. In addition, Andrew is a New York Army National Guard Veteran and an actively serving volunteer firefighter. As the Director of Outreach & Humane Law Enforcement, his goal is to ensure the members of our community have all the support and resources they need to properly care for their pets and, when necessary, to partner with local law enforcement to hold those who abuse or neglect animals accountable. At home Andrew has a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd mix named Zulu and a fluffy one-eyed cat named Paisley.
